Meighan and her incredible team were tasked with helping us sell our house this spring. Prior to listing, we had always intended to finish the basement, so this project was a huge undertaking. With two small kids and a multi-state move in the horizon we were stretched thin. We were chaotic. We were overwhelmed. One of us might have wept at one point … but when I tell you we were saved by this team, I am not exaggerating. I hesitate to list the multitude of services they provided to us bc I don’t know if they are available to everyone, but suffice it to say, they made “above and beyond” look like bottom of the barrel. They helped us with EVERY. SINGLE. THING. I never had to wonder what was going on, and, most importantly, I never ONCE had the crushing anxiety that I had forgotten to follow up on something because they were just on it. Every item I worried I would have to coordinate, Meighan already had a vetted contact for. All I had to do was say yes and her team arranged everything for me. Suffice it to say, with Meighan’s vision and stewardship of our resources, and her team’s compassion, professionalism, and judgement free engagement, our house sold quickly and it sold well over asking.
